They decide what these pages collect and why.
Who runs the pages for them
okidok, operated by Cedric Jacob, Siegburg, Germany (hello@okidok.io) hosts these pages and stores what you send, only on the owner's instructions, under a data processing agreement (GDPR article 28).
The servers are Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, a sub-processor of okidok. Nothing is moved outside the EU for these pages.
When you open a page
To deliver a page, the servers handle your IP address, your browser's name and the time. This is needed to show the page and to keep the service secure (GDPR article 6 (1) (f)).
Technical records of a request are kept for at most 30 days. No cookie is set to show you a page, and nothing is stored on your device.
Visits are counted without cookies: a one-way code is made from your network address and your browser's name with a key that is deleted after each day (UTC), so a visit can be counted once a day and never tied back to you. The code itself is deleted within a few days; only the totals stay. Known robots are not counted.
If you send a form or are signed in as a member, the page that opens right after it, and the pages you open while signed in, are noted on your record for the owner, once a page a day. Nothing is noted before that, and nothing on your device remembers you.
When you send a form
What you type and the time you sent it go to the owner, to answer you (GDPR article 6 (1) (b)).
If you tick the box for emails, you get one email to confirm it is you, and only then the emails you asked for (GDPR article 6 (1) (a)). You can stop them with the link in every email.
Your answers are kept until you ask for them to be deleted or the owner deletes them.
To stop automated sends, a one-way code made from your network address counts the sends from it for at most one hour; the address itself is not stored.
When you sign in as a member
Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the sign-in and holds nothing else (section 25 (2) TDDDG).
Connections the owner turned on
None. Nothing on these pages loads from another company.
Your rights
You can ask what is stored about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit how it is used, take it with you, and object. You can take back a consent at any time; what happened before stays lawful.
Write to info@anurajah.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
